Redesign for local outlet of artisan bakery.
Challenge: Narrow, deep space with awkward level changes.
On a low budget the client wanted a main counter for their core offering of breads while introducing new deli range.
We improved the visibility and appeal of the interior to the street and used IKEA shelving to zone a deli area.
Using a simple encasing for the freestanding illuminated fridges we achieved a sleek deli look and created a focal point at the back of the shop to draw in customers.
